Old Bronze Rooster Bowl

With an antique appearance, this older cast bronze vessel with a the head of a chicken at one end and the cut metal-like tail feathers at the other, calls the spirit of the roosters who roam freely around most Javanese villages. Hand cast mixture of bronze and brass, sculpted in the lost wax method, created in Central Java, Indonesia. Small pores and imperfections caused by the production process make each piece unique, with a silver patina finish.
