Here is an important lesson from our long-time customers: If you want it, get it today! I buy very small scale, mostly one of each item, a very eclectic curated collection. As a tiny business, there is no back up stock, these are all the treasures I have, who knows when I can travel back to Indonesia to buy more? Since we will run the online market & our annual holiday show simultaneously, there are a few goodies that are available only at the show, and not on the site. It couldn’t hurt to write me to inquire if you can’t find what you’re looking for – it might just be on the showroom floor waiting for you! (But make sure you are on our guest list so you can get notified when our new shipments arrive!).

In addition, because our handcrafted treasures are one-of-a-kind, they may vary slightly in color, size, painting, or occasionally have a tiny imperfection. We embrace these as part of the creative process, where nothing is mass produced and therefore nothing is exactly perfect, a lesson we all could take to heart.


We hope you will love your purchase. Due to the one-of-each and one-of-a kind nature of our collection we are unable to accept returns. However, we recognize that sometimes accidents may occur during shipping, so if your piece was received damaged, please contact us so we can make it right for you.


Curbside Pick-Up - Ideal for local customers who can arrange for curbside safe pickup at Laura’s Studio in Northwest Philadelphia by appointment, generally within 24 hours of your purchase. Save on shipping costs and the bonus is you get to say “Hello” to Laura. Contact Us to schedule a pickup date and time.

Local Delivery - If you are unable due to health reasons to pick up your purchases from Laura’s studio in Northwest Philadelphia, please reach out to Us to help arrange a local delivery.

Your treasures will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days after receiving your order. We will carefully pack and ship via UPS ground shipping or U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are determined by product weight and size. Please note that many shippers are experiencing delivery delays due to high volume, and that will only intensify during the holiday season. We know that this is out of our control, but we will do everything we can at our end to get your orders to you on time.
