Batak Bamboo Medicine Canister Small

This Small Batak Bamboo Medicine Canister from the island of Lombok is a storage vessel for coral lime powder which is used in betel nut chewing. The container part is Bamboo etched with animals and fauna of the island, sitting on a simple wooden base with a carved top inlaid with a single Chinese coin.
