Complete and Checked Carved Coconut

Coconuts are everywhere in Indonesia and artist create all sorts of crazy things from them. This small carved out coconut shell is checked with light and dark openings reminiscent of the Balinese poleng pattern of black and white squares and the balance of good and evil. It is just that piece of art.
